Built for people who bill their time

Missed invoices and silent clients cost more than another AI that drafts LinkedIn invites.

Your studio inbox, your personal inbox, that one client's shared inbox

One Wingman across up to 5 Gmail accounts on Pilot — studio, personal, and the shared client inbox you actually live in.

Bots quiet. Clients first.

Vercel, Dependabot, no-reply — recognized, skipped, no draft. Real humans get a reply in your voice. Credits aren't spent on noise.

Deadlines buried in mail you'd never open

Renewals, failed invoices, reserved-instance expiry — pulled into your brief so money and client dates don't hide in notifications.

Nothing moves without you

"Just label" mode keeps every message in your inbox. Respect my categories means Wingman won't override filters you already set.

Drafts in your voice

A transparent voice profile shows how Wingman thinks you write — then drafts only for real humans. You review and send. Never for you.

Unused drafts clean themselves up

Drafts you don't use are removed from Gmail after 14 days — your Drafts folder stays yours, not a pile of AI leftovers.

Ask your inbox

"Which clients am I waiting on?" "Any failed invoices?" — answered from triaged mail, never invented.

Rules in plain English

Skip drafts for a domain, archive Dependabot, star a VIP client — written as sentences, not filter syntax.

Pay for drafts, not triage

Unlimited triage included. Credits only meter voice drafts, briefs, and Ask AI. No card for the 14-day trial.

FAQ

Credits, privacy, and how Wingman works inside Gmail.

What's included in the free trial?

14 days free — unlimited triage, 100 AI credits for drafts, brief, and Ask AI, plus plain-English rules. No credit card required.

How do AI credits work?

Triage is unlimited and free. Credits only meter the expensive stuff: a voice draft costs 3, a daily brief 2, Ask AI 2. Plans refresh monthly; optional top-ups never expire.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

Triage keeps running. Drafts, brief digests, and Ask AI pause until your next monthly refresh or you buy a top-up. Your Gmail stays untouched.

Can I buy top-up credits without a plan?

No. Top-ups require an active Pilot or Wingman subscription (including during trial). Start a plan first, then add packs anytime from Billing.

How much do plans cost?

Early-bird pricing for our first 100 customers: Pilot is $14/month (normally $19) — about 133 AI drafts/month, unlimited triage, up to 5 Gmail accounts. Wingman is $43/month for heavier inboxes. Listed prices exclude tax; VAT/sales tax is added at checkout where required. Your early-bird price stays locked in for as long as you keep your subscription.

Is my email safe?

We never train on your mail, our AI provider doesn't train on it either, and Gmail tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Wingman only creates drafts — nothing sends without your approval in Gmail. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Does Wingman send email for me?

No. It labels mail and writes draft replies in your voice. You review and hit send yourself — always.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Start the 14-day trial with Google sign-in only — no card. Add payment later if you want to keep Wingman after the trial.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel from the Billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period; top-up wallet credits stay on your account.

Can I connect more than one Gmail?

Yes. Pilot supports up to 5 Gmail accounts; Wingman up to 10. Add them from Settings → Connect Gmail.
