How to create a Gmail email signature
- Enter your details. Fill in name, title, company, email, phone, and website. Skip any field you do not want in the signature.
- Preview the plain-text signature. The preview updates in the browser. Keep it short: name, role, one contact line.
- Copy the signature. Click Copy signature.
- Paste it in Gmail Settings. Open Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General → Signature. Paste, then click Save Changes.
